Pros: graphics are really good and the cars are cool Cons: -Gameplay is just a pain. Most frustrating part is that if you hit a jump slightly wrong, you fall off the course and have zero chance of catching up...cars are also difficult to control making it that much easier to do that. -Very pricey microtransactions in a paid game. There are 2 or 3 expansion packs that each cost $20 Canadian for a couple of tracks, 5 or 6 novelty cars and useless cosmetic items for a personalized "room" that you'll probably never look at. There are also three season passes on top of that (which cost around $40 Canadian EACH) and probably at least a dozen or two cars that are locked behind a paywall (only about 1-3 dollars each, but still...)
