This show has made me decide to make a change. Where callie says only 4% of orthopedic surgeons are women. I decided i wanted to make a change. Show women all over we can make it even if others say we wont we can. And this show taught me to be the change dont sit around and wait for the change to happen but to be the change it is such an inspiration.
