I enjoyed this book. Kinda standard boy coming of age stuff.
But, there are some aspects that put me off. Some of it is quite vulgar and simply exaggerated nonsense, maybe written to appeal to teenage boys. It was unnecessary. The book would be better if those parts were more carefully written.
