I'm only half way through the first episode and i'm already struggling through it. The whole dynamic between Wednesday and Morticia just feels so wrong. There is a rift there that is never seen in any of the previous versions. The dark humor isn't really landing either, Gomez and Morticia would praise Wednesday for what she did in the normal school.. not send her away. call me biased for 1991 version, but that was the perfect adams family. This tries and fails horribly.
