Jedediah Bila’s crackling voice at the end of her sentences sounds like radio static and irritates my ears. Vocal fry? She’s a sweet personality, but I have to change the channels when she starts talking. My friends and family have the same reaction to her voice.... they say its like fingernails on the chalkboard. It’s a fad with millennial women, but if you aren’t in the 18% of millennials who mimic or admire this, then you’re totally turned off. I hope it peeters out like valley girl upspeak!
