I loved every minute of the movie, realistic plot and great acting. As a man going through similar difficulties with my wife, I found the movie accurately showing the events a couple go through in order to have a child. I understand people wanting to have a happy ending to the movie. But, I loved the ending because there are so many people without that miracle child. It's good visibility for "what if nothing works" kind of a situation.
