The product is full of bugs and underdeveloped; they need much more time before they get their house in order. After being pre-approved and told by Experian I had a high approval rate, I applied for an account. The account was opened with £10K limit, which seemed normal, I was then shortly after told by the customer support team with an unprofessional message saying that the system had bugs. It was a mistake; therefore, they had to reduce the credit limit by 93%, which is a joke as I have a 6 figure limit with other lenders.
