If you love overly-dramatic political speeches inserted into your tv show, then Madame Secretary is the show for you. The writers of this show want to make sure you know what you should believe and think about trendy political issues- and always from a leftist perspective. We tolerated the first few seasons realizing it was a politcal show and we were amused by the writers’ attempts at influence. But as the seasons progress the agenda is so obvious and ridiculous. This show should get reclassified as a political soap opera.
