This has to be, hands down one of the best shows. Be it the sets, the phenomenal acting, the music, the language, everything just transports you into the mystical dream land of radhakrishn. It's not just entertainment, but in each episode there is something to learn, that you can absorb in your everyday life. It doesn't just talk about love in some abstract terms but defines it, whether it be maternal, paternal, fraternal, with the Gopis, the villagers, everyone. It breaks many beliefs people hold about conservatism in Hinduism. It also talks about many important aspects of love, what really is love etc which is highly relevant today. Many people don't seem to like the serial stating that it is fake or incorrect. However, even a simple Google search will tell you that most of the storyline is in sync with what is popularly known. Anyways there is no hard evidence about these historical stories, different places have different stories. As long as the show is using the available info and even manipulating it to some extent to bring out the essence of love, or any of the other things that it's preaching, what's the harm?
