I’ve read all the Joe Picket books. They are great reads and if you can read them in order, it’s not mandatory but you get to know Joe. Also C J Box gives you a great travel log of Wyoming. All the places written about Wyoming do exist I know I looked them up. Also you learn a lot about Falconry because Nat is a Falconer and thru the books he teaches Sheridan to become a Falconer.
