You should fix scheduled trip ...I took a scheduled ride I mean prebooking...15min before as I was waiting for the prebooking I received another ride that overlapped my scheduled one automatically the system take the prebooking and give it to another driver ...its not fair after I was driving to be close to the destination and made time waiting for it totally non sense even my rating was effected and wrote that I decline which is not true ...I declined the other trip that I received not the scheduled one ..keep going like this BOLT MALTA
