This book tells teens ways to handle the stressful life of a teenager. He gives tips on how to self-improve yourself and how to be an effective teen. He really goes in depth about things like a Personal Bank Account (PBA) and how everytime you keep a promise to yourself, or exercise; you make a deposit. And how if you don’t read or you don’t study you make a withdrawal of your PBA. Another good one is a Relationship Bank Account (RBA). You make a deposit if you keep a promise or apologize, but you make a withdrawal if you don’t do such things. This book is really fascinating as it really illuminates the strategies needed to be an effective teen. I would say this counts as one book due to complexity and size (which is not too much). I would recommend this to teens and pre-teens to better understand how you can better manage the stressful years that are teen years. I give this book 4 out of 5 stars! This book is really good for kids my age and everyone my age should read it!
