I wish I could give a minus rating to this movie. So sad there’s no such provision here to do so. Adipurush was a disaster. There were many things that made no sense. These are a few of them- 1. Casting was extremely poor. Be it Lord Raam, Lakshman, Hanumaan or Sita. Grace of characters was disappointingly missing. Drama actors are way more accomplished than the current cast. 2. The hairstyles and costumes of characters in Lanka were cartoonish and depressing to say the least. Hairstyles were such as if there were some modern hi-tech salons in Lanka. 3. Raavana riding a bat as his means of transportation was illogical. 4. The entire movie was shown in darkness and extreme dullness. Especially Lanka- which looked like a wasteland in ruins. 5. The dialogues were immature and the language used was akin to cheap lingo. 6. Raavan looked like a mughal emperor (in costume, makeup, appearance) and not like the Brahmin King of Lanka (who was an extraordinary intellectual with great grace). THE MOST DISGUSTING MOVIE I’VE EVER SEEN. Please don’t waste your time watching it.
