Love, Victor is such an awe-inspiring production. Season one of this LGBTQ+ Hulu touches on many facets of what it's like to feel hidden in plain sight. "Victor" finds his inner-self in constant combat with his cultural reality. That doesn't stop him from venturing off and making new friends and meeting his role model, Simon. Whom he has been exchanging emails describing the array of circumstances and feelings in which Victor finds himself. From exploring new relationships as he turns 16, to finally mustering the confidence to reveal his identity to his loving, supportive, very conservative family: "mom, dad, I'm gay."
I must say that the moment I saw the previews for this Hulu special I fell in love. Season one sure was a 10/10 for me. I desperately wish that more seasons are to come. Keep up the fantastic work!!!
