We all know Whitney had some issues. As a fan, it doesn't matter, she's human. I didn't like the acting by Yaya - I feel she didn't embody the character as much as she should have. They made Whitney look like a rebellious, irresponsible troubled individual - even if she has those traits, they didn't depict her greatness at all. Deborah Cox singing the vocals really threw me off, and the lip syncing was terrible. It wasn't a great film, seemed rushed and inaccurate. I wanted to turn it off, but was too curious to see how it ended.
