Normally at the end of the movie you would expect the two main characters to hook up and have a happy ending. In this case it doesn't happen because this is the real world now. However, the main point of the movie is about a singer finding her voice, and that she did! She did it out of her comfort zone. Either way it's still a happy ending... ~Wyldchyld
