A just found this show and binge watched the entire season. Being a fan of Glee and Smash, it was the musical numbers that caught my attention. But the show is actually more than that. They are the gimmick but it’s really so much more than that. The cast is top notch and the writing is great. You can pretty much guess where the plot is going but it’s more about the journey than the destination. For example, after realizing the set up, you know Zoey has to help person X with this problem. It’s watching how she does it and in turn learns something about herself that makes for some great storylines. The songs are well chosen and fit perfectly. The show has everything from comedy to heart tugging drama. You’ll laugh, cry and feel all different emotions as the season goes on. In the end it was a fun and heartfelt ride and I look forward to more of Zoey’s journey.
