An amazingly horrifying experience. I went in hoping that I wouldn't have to forgive too much just because I liked the people that made it, thankfully I didn't. It was an incredible piece that modern shows should aspire to be like. It had a good moral core, a good cast of characters that didn't get annoying or dull and it took a premise that, had it been taken by any other studio, would have been filled with gratuitous violence throughout. Instead the violence, while horrible in nature, felt realistic without making me want to vomit.
The only thing I overlooked was that the double barrel shotgun got fire half a dozen times and was never reloaded. :/
An overall good experience. Not the best movie I've ever seen but certainly one of the best I've seen in quite a while.
