Werewolf by Night is the refreshment that fans and regular moviegoers may need from the usual template following mass produced commercial films produced by Marvel and other companies. After several disappointments in a row from Marvel's production, Werewolf by Night is nonetheless the recharge for the fans who have started to lose faith in the franchise. A black and white horror comedy, which is also a well done tribute to the old Universal Monster films, the short film should have been a film, otherwise as the world the special sets up is so gory, dark, amazing and interesting to explore. What even amazes me is that it is the directorial debut of the famed music composer, Michael Giacchino and boy, he has delivered a well made and mostly, memorable Marvel project. This special shows how serious, experimental and niche a Marvel Studios production could go.

A thriller movie has mostly been associated either with cops or criminals. But, writer-director Jeethu Jospeh succeeds in telling a thriller with a family man in the lead. An engaging script and second half with honest and terrific performances of the cast (Mohanlal and Kalabhavan Shajon) and a brilliant climax made Drishyam one of the best thrillers in Malayalam Cinema. No doubt.

Going only in dark tone, no humour, no fun, only seriousness. Why??? You guys could put a small smile on that Superman face and did badly giving a little amount of daylight in order to having more night scenes for most of the film. The guys have given us a very complex plot with very much serious characters. BvS is no competition for Civil War.

It's otherwise can be called Suicide Squad of the Space, but I like to call Guardians of the Galaxy. It is a fun film with good direction, having a lot of fun and humor and does feel like a Star Wars film with a bad villain.

Thuppakki is not an usual Vijay entertainer. Because A R Muragadoss tries to bring a change in the star's career by creating something as a slow paced action thriller rather than going for a usual Vijay film. The story, screenplay, the suspense are done in high note, but Muragadoss fails in making the film so entertained and gives a slow paced one and largely ignores an energetic touch of Gilli and Pokkiri throughout the film except in the action sequences. Vijay's performance also got poor in thle climax.

The film is very complicated in its screenplay but visuals and character depth save it from falling too far.

Well directed and well-written, the film is also filled with the charismatic performance by Robert Downey Jr. It's one of the best Marvel movies.

The film is an enjoyable and joyful ride about those who are involved in stealing and racing, eyed and chased by cops. It is a nice and simple film with limited action sequences and thus able to give shape on characterization. The casting choices and the racing sequences are to be praised particularly the performances by Paul Walker and Vin Diesel, and thier likeable chemistry.

Thuppakki and Kaththi are one time watchable ones. But Kaththi is by far one of the borest films you can see. A R Murugadoss succeeds in crafting an emotional social story and screenplay. The action sequences are iconic and the same goes for Anirudh's music and background score. But, the pacing and editing are the ones that sink the film. Vijay delivered one of his best performances.

Maybe the worst X-Men film. The film gives again the same villain, style, old-written characters, theme but also gives us the best younger versions of the original cast of the original film.
