Until we watched the next episode this evening, I would have given a rating of 5. Tonight we watched season 13, episode 3. What a SURPRISE and a big disappointment. For all the years, this has been a very family friendly, conservative show. We have enjoyed it, been huge fans of the show, and even been able to visit HIGH RIVER. What's with the poor choice of writing done for the Lou and Mitch scenes? The whole bedroom window thing? Talk of moving in together? What happened to the whole "get married first" that was part of the show in the beginning years? Although we have appreciated no bedroom scenes, this episode left no doubt!!! So, Heartland seems to have gone the way of the world and every other show on TV. The story line of Lou's divorce was bad enough.
