The story, the acting, and everything else takes a back seat to each frame shot. Each is a picture that tells its own story. Without any dialog you could hang the pictures on a wall in an art studio. You can freeze the movement anywhere you like and it's the same story with a different nuance.

An excellent show! Not just one mystery but many. I applaud the approach being taken. I read the same story when I was young and now I can discover things without ever lifting a shovel. I am curious to know if metal detection or oil well instruments have been used in the drill holes.
