Watch episode 3, it's clucking hilarious, despite pushing the whole "plant based" narrative the whole show, the results are in and clearly meat (or omnivore which they started using suddenly) was the better alternative, the meat and vegans all lost weight, but the vegans all lost more muscle mass, watch the so called experts start making excuses and variables within the study as well as blaming the participants for not eating or exercising adequately.
They wouldn't even show the black guys results other than mentioning that the meat eater put on 7lbs of muscle mass then started praising the vegan for gaining 2lbs of muscle mass.
Then they started banging on about visceral fats and sex, I'm done, I've seen enough.
Also biased, I'd happily die earlier just to eat meat!
