I wish I could post before and after photos with this review.
I watched the documentary about a month ago, and thought I'd give their primary recommendation a shot: eat 30 different plants every 7 days, to improve the gut biome. This is supposed to improve the immune system, stabilize sugar cravings, and fix leaky gut.
Well.....I'm not sure what my gut looks like, but my skin, wow! In less than a month, I swear my skin is just glowing. I am a 50 year old female, and I look younger than I did a year ago!
Nothing is a magic cure, but, really, try the 30 in 7 for a month, if not for your gut, then for your vanity. You will be impressed.
PS, my digestive system does seem to be happier, although it's too soon to form any opinions regarding the immune system.
