Stellaris: Federations adds a multitude of features to expand your diplomatic options in the galaxy. New federation mechanics and the galactic community sell me this on this one. There are two new military toys in the juggernaut, a strategic command centre which can create and repair ships and the Mega Shipyard, which pumps out fleets like nothing. Overall Stellaris Federations is worth the 15 Pound price tag.
