I loved SATC for its mix of humour, glamour and real issues but I find AJLT quite depressing. As many have said, it’s crammed with current issues but there is little fun to be had with these ladies. Ultimately, I watched the show to be uplifted and a little bit jealous of their lifestyles, but it’s just all a bit too sad.
