This book is not healthy. My female friend was seeing this guy that was driving her mad, really it took a toll on her. Us friends kept telling her not to keep seeing this dude because we saw her health decline and it was hard to watch.
Few weeks later, she found this book in his room and realized he was following to a "T." She was humiliated because it so obviously explained how she had been manipulated.
If you want the world to be a safer, healthier place don't read this book.
