Are these high-end renovations? Is this is show focused on design? No and no. It's a show about the reason professionals flip homes... How to make money. It doesn't mean you have to do a flip in 24 hours. It just means think about taking months or years to do it and consider how to do it in such a way as to maximize your profit. What is being shown here is real and amazing!
