well, what can you say about this film. mmmm, I saw Bob Marley back in late 70s in London have always loved his music and read slot about his life.... this film doesn't do him justice at all... it's too slick glossy and the dialogue is not very well written at all. Bob Marley's life was gritty and perilous, hard fought and this made it look like a walk in the park (apart from being shot) there was turmoil in his private life and his early death due to cancer was his own fault because he denied it and didn't seem help till it was too late... the music in the film helped me sit through it, but I'm disappointed with the end product... it was so underwhelming !

Wow... Why did Bruce think this is was a good film to be part of ?? Is he broke or something? The plot is very weak the acting is as Ham as could be and as for gripping the only grip it could get was on my chair as I rose to leave my seat ! A part of my life I can never get back and I'm blaming Bruce because he is the only reason I started watching in the first place 😜
