It's a fine movie, there was not so much wow about it, but it's not boring as well. I don't see much relevance between the black and white part to the entire movie except it tells the story of the detective. I just thought it's still unecessary... Guess what? For me, the movie is predictable despite the mystery. I never read the book nor watched the old film, I just watched it because of Gal Gadot in it... but I knew already what possibly could happened after "marriage". Well, I don't wanna be a spoiler to others so that's what I can say for now. I watched it (bought it) from Apple TV. Was it worth the money? So-so. My family who watched the film with me all fell asleep. Thus, the 3 stars. LOL. I think the only most fun part to watch is the relevation on the mystery. Too bad, rent is not yet available until monday. I could have just rented it.
