Cinematography gets a 10 out of 5. Story gets a zero. As a commercial for the F-18 this thing is second to none. Never has there been a better shot set of aerial scenes. If you are going to see this movie to watch an airshow you will not be disappointed. The story on the other hand is 100% nonsensical cheese! Not a single part of the story has any basis in reality. This is not how military aviation works. Mission is absolute nonsense. Besides the "mission" is a retread of Star Wars a New Hope. Fly down canyon protected be air defence and drop a bomb in a vent shaft only to be jumped by badguys "I got you now" but then saved by a returning hero. Cheese! I'll give the movie one bonus star for the nostalgia but the writers should be targeted by their own lantern pod.
