My honest review of this game: Months before the release I was one of the unfortunate ones who saw the leaks, and immediately joined the bandwagon of people who were disappointed. It shot all my keen enthusiasm for the game...I will not lie, I was heartbroken. However, as I had preordered it, I said to myself 'go in with an open mind, and you might end up enjoying it'. I am so glad that I made this decision. I fell in love with the game. I was not disappointed at all - I found it to be near perfect. I would class this game as an experience that must be had. The story was absolutely amazing, I felt every single emotion from the characters so deeply. The new characters, the new factions and the new areas were beautiful and well thought out. The gameplay was challenging and took me a while to get the hang of it, but the game graces you with introductory stages (that do not even feel introductory) that give you ample time to learn the moves and the enemies. The original characters are meaningfully built upon in a way that feels like a sorrowful natural progression. Overall, this game broke my heart in a way that I enjoyed. It got even better on the second play-through and I cannot wait to get platinum!
