I was forced to read this book in high school and even after 10+ years it remains one of the worst books ever written. The author has no concept of story flow, rather focusing randomly on details in the environment for way too long. Also the main character eats dog food. And the other one burns her hands cause she is too dumb to ask for gloves. Very dumb book and has absolutely 0 flow to the narrative.
