Such a bad service I made a reservation there and received 0 information. They gave me no details whatsoever and when I told them I wanted to cancel my reservation they told me the cut off date for cancelling was the same day I booked and then told me they sent me the cancellation policy to an incorrect number, the customer service was very poor and I will not be going there as they happily took my money without giving me any details of my reservation. They took 1500 AED without even letting me know the process, very bad contact, then tried to blame me for providing them with a number I didn’t even recognise, very shady, avoid.
