Another imagine-less TV show from writers who think it’s fun to do the same type of plot. The overused trope of young characters refusing to involve the adults, who clearly have the experience and education to solve the problem, is just infuriating. Watching these kids attempt to handle complex issues on their own, while blatantly ignoring the wisdom of the adults around them, feels forced and illogical. Additionally, the lack of communication between the father and son is maddening. It's annoying to see multiple episodes where they both possess the answers to solve the mystery but choose not to talk to each other. This failure to communicate not only drags out the plot unnecessarily but also highlights missed opportunities for resolution and connection. Overall, the reliance on unrealistic character decisions and lack of effective communication detracts from what could have been an engaging storyline. If you're looking for a show that respects your intelligence and avoids these tired tropes, you might want to look elsewhere.

This was trash! So slow & idiotic. A husband goes out east to make money for his family. Leaves his wife and two daughters alone in the Midwest to fend for themselves. A man shows up saying that he was friends with the husband and needs a place to stay. A few days later a letter from the husband arrives and explains that this man is a common man & possibly a murder. The letter is the only evidence. The wife, by this time, has a shotgun with a clear aim pointed the con man. After telling him he needs to leave, he slowly takes his time, sits down and burns the only evidence they have about his crime. She doesn’t shoot him to stop him. In fact, she let him continue talking about how he can just come back and attack them all. Does she shoot him now, given this threat? No!! Of course not. She let him walk out the door to just come back later. What kind of stupid movie is this?

Loved this fun play on how people of color have to code switch daily just to survive.

So many dumb acting moments: 1. Why was the stepmom so accepting of a 23 year old dating her 16 year old daughter? (gross 🤮 ) 2. Why was the well established father so into being a vigilante and not calling the cops on someone with a criminal background? They would've arrested him for statutory rape. 3. After the guy was known to be a crazy person, why did it seem like the father was still just talking to lawyer and not the police? Even after his daughter was assaulted in the public bathroom? WTH?! 4. Why was Nicole always letting guys do what they wanted to her with her hands nicely by her side? David in the bathroom - her hands just resting on the wall. David's friend undresses her at the end - her hands just laying on the bed like she's consenting to it all while screaming. 🙄🙄 5. With all the security built into the house, why didn't he have a gun? 6. Why didn't his coworker call the police when his car was vandalized instead of giving this man his own car keys and just going about as usual with business? Who does that? 🙄 7. Why would the stepmom let a bunch of killers in the house with children? I don't care if they are going to shoot your husband - protect the children AT ALL COST!! I just lost respect for Reese Witherspoon after watching this movie on Netflix. 😑

There was some good jumpy scares, but what I cannot for the life of me understand is why no one ever calls the police, and lets them know what’s happening. I just can’t understand people being so into seeing some pictures that they are physically unable to both look at the pictures and dial 911 to let them know a murder is after them. 🙄

I just wasted time that I can never get back in my life watching this movie. There was no real storyline. Still can't even figure out why they were chasing this bride. It literally makes no sense. Just a killing fest. And what was the point of constantly playing loud music so that no one can hear where the girl is or if other people are dead? The best man wanting to play music and dance around like an idiot. Why? And the growling at each other is just comical. Is that your “I’m a killer” sound? 😂 If these are assassins, they are the worst that ever existed.
