Wonderful performances all around. White Noise is a stream of consciousness of symbolism in the mediums of cinematography, acting, dialogue and story. Objects of stark metaphor sweep from scene to scene as the dialogue riddles on in the background. The type of movie you can't take too seriously and just hold lightly like a lucid dream. Enjoy the beautiful shots, thought provoking ideas in short spurts, and don't ask it to reveal the type of deep message it teases at but leaves empty like as much white noise. Too realistic to be abstract, but strange enough to stir a sense of dream-like imaginative state.
