They really tried to make this movie look great, just give it a chance to shine. It's dragon ball so don't expect a masterpiece story. In my opinion it was the movie was very fun.

Uniform mediocrity straight out of an assembly line. Days where every single project would be passionately crafted are over. This was as thrilling as a snail's race and an insult to the original story of secret invasion. This could not have been worse.

It's a wholesome fun movie, watch it if you want to have some fun. Enjoy your bagel while watching the movie.

Visually it is a fun movie to look at and has many amusing moments in it. The animators worked hard on this movie. I wish the same could be said about the writers. Storywise it's pretty mediocre and very uninspiring, which wouldn't have been a problem if the first one wasn't so amazing. They never had any story so they just gave up in the last act. I wish they respected all the characters more and actually tried to make good stories like Puss and Boots and didn't just have to pander as the last act.

Truly underrated movie. I remember scenes from this movie even after so man years. Very entertaining.
