Very good casting to a depiction of Belfast in the 1960/70 era. Funny in parts emotional in others. Some realistic scene but a lot of artistic licence. No buses would ever be on those side streets of Belfast. Having been the same age as Kennith Branagh living in Belfast at this time it fails to depict a lot of what happened in the immediate environment. Could have gone further and better. There’s a story to be told here about Belfast. This is not it. Sadly I was disappointed.
