This series is a complete failure in capturing the gravity of the Menendez brothers' story. The portrayal is insensitive, especially in its depiction of abuse, which is disturbingly sexualized and misleading. It downplays the trauma and paints an inaccurate picture of events. The storytelling feels exploitative rather than informative. Netflix missed the mark entirely with this one.
