No one can simply download and play the game directly. Downloading is so complicated even customer support don’t know what to do. I have tried for weeks to get it to work but I’ve ultimately lost my money and lost the chance to play this game. It kept saying packs missing, then when you install, it says installation suspended no matter what you do. I redownloaded and updated the game multiple times with the help of several PlayStation customer care personnel but nothing worked. They told me to try reach the publisher of the game.. what? 😂 This is the end of me and Call of Duty.
