Don't waste your money! There are so many great books to read but this is NOT one of them. It's awful. I went to Barnes and Noble to treat myself to some new books. The display for this book was so big and dramatic it stopped me. I saw it was an Oprah Book Club choice, read the jacket and put it in my basket without doing more research. Big mistake! I learned nothing from reading it and the plot is 'rinse and repeat' with dull characters, no color...It''s tedious and tiresome. Why and how did it end up on Oprah's book list? I would bet that Oprah herself has not read this. Awful, awful, awful.
