The more I think about it, the more I believe it is worth a watch. If you are a man or woman, this is an indictment on the current social status of males and specifically the middle class male or maybe how current relationship dynamics are across multiple genders and social groups. This is NO Comedy and Holy Moly lessons are being taught throughout and it is uncomfortable to watch. But. It got me thinking and it is memorable in a 90’s Indie film kinda way that I haven’t seen in a long time. After you’re done feeling violated and uncomfortable, think about the messages this movie puts out there in a not subtle way. It is worth a watch.
