Toblatory - not a Tory (Tobes)

This movie is as surprising good as a movie can surprise! You think it's going to be a sitcom/ romcom..and ready to turn off....but keeps you in the whole way. It's really a movie about choices, self destructive behaviours and recognition of them. Almost therapeutic in it's efforts!!

Guy Lodge's account of this film is spot on! Great critque. Good to see a few minds still working well in the US these days.

Good story well enough written....awfully constructed, teen mystery of adventure, prophesy. 2 1/2 stars out of 5 ! It's not terrible...but hardly worth the watching for its underdeveloped characterisations and teen idol type of reliance on the characters one liners and their average faux -punk attitude towards their mission!
