I love this movie. But Drew Barrymore's english accent is awful. Made worse by the other actresses around her who have flawless accents even though we know they're american. Also. This does pertain to this movie but also a lot of movies/TV shows I've seen that are guilty of the same thing: why do they have English accents if they're in France and supposed to be French? Despite that...the movie is so good I get over the piss poor accent. It's a sort of realistic, modern (despite taking place in the 16th century) take on Cinderella. I love it.
