This movie got a lot of the big details right However, They portrayed Nicole K. As this sexy, mysterious, woman when in all reality she was just as weird and manic as Chris was. The fact they portrayed her as some kind of wanderlust vixen was nauseating. It was clear by her messages and voicemails how aware she was of his marriage and relationship. She was intentionally trying to win him over and her messages indicated this in so many ways. Other than that I feel they did a fair job at telling this horrific story. They painted Chris as the emotionless monster he is. I do wish they would have consulted with Shannans family beforehand..

3 stars because the colors popped and it was overall visually pleasing. The story line went way over my head and the dry humor just didn’t work for me personally. I think certain crowds may find this movie to be a masterpiece but I couldn’t wait for it to be over with.

Had its funny moments.. was a little too woke for the kids.. alcohol, rehab, sexual innuendos, & white privilege were some of the topics.. just didn’t find it suitable for a family movie night. However, I did like the non traditional co parenting family..as a lot of kids are in similar situations, I liked the up to date references to social media, and the realistic approach to a life with children. 3 1/2 stars I feel is as accurate a review this movie should get. Maybe just tone it down a bit on the adult topics Disney..between this and Red I am not a huge fan of the direction you’re going in. Nothing wrong with a little joke here and there but some of these topics are way out of touch for your audience.
