Absolute BULL!!!!! The movers were awesome ( a little slow, but it's almost 100 degrees outside and we were moving from the 2nd floor), however when we booked this move we were told that there would be 3 guys....only 2 showed up. Took them 2 hours to load a 2 bedroom apartment when everything was broken down and moved into one spot. Then when we get to the new place, they told us that it was going to be $697.00. We were quoted $109/ hour... minimum of 2 hours (including drive time). When I called to confirm the cost ..low and behold hidden fees!!! It's $109/ hour + 1 hour flat drive time (we moved less than 3 miles away) + labor + fuel. Of course they hold your stuff hostage and make you pay. I budgeted this move based off of the original quote. If I could give this company negative stars, I absolutely would!!! Do not book these movers!! Save your money!!
