“What kind of B grade movie is this?” Is a quote from the movie that perfectly describes this film. The dialogue was just awful, and Mel Gibson’s portrayal of a ‘shock jock’ was hokey. Although it’s hard to blame him given the script he was working with seemed to have been something that fell out of a three ring binder belonging to a 90s Blockbuster employee. In the end, the ‘prank’ is on the viewers, expecting to see a thriller starring Mel Gibson, and instead getting PTSD from all of the cringey scenes.
