Every single moment in this movie is earned. Every single moment. The story is heartbreaking, and very very funny. And the two lead actors are at the very top of their game. It's an honor to watch them work. That does not mean that it is light or fun. It is very funny in places, but it requires the full attention, heart and critical mind of the viewer. If you are looking for light distraction you will find this difficult to watch. But it is extraordinary.
