I sat through half an hour of this. Spoiler alert the first 15 minutes is taken up by a mind numbing quest of some apes to get eagles eggs. When the eventually discover "the baddies" then like any good western or mad max film the baddies descend on the innocent town where they live and shoot all the apes, set fire to it. The usual cliche the chief baddy then kills what I assume will be the hero's dad. No idea what happened after that as it was then I walked out. I've loved the reboot of Planet of the Apes so far, but this one didn't move me at all.
