Plazmalord Soban

All the money they spent they basically repackaged the plot of the first film. Even the bad guy was the same...they just added the sea people who get to experience the same wrath almost verbatim...so I give it 3 stars for being visually appealing but whoever wrote it...seriously dropped the ball and was lazy. It's obvious the same movie as before...
