Rubbish. Surprised Michael Sheen agreed to star in it. It's just laughably bad from start to finish. I have no idea why it's got such great reviews. Watch The Wicker Man instead.

Brilliant.Watched all of them back to back and will watch again.As good as anything else he has done.Beautifully scripted and interesting characters.Profound,funny and tragic.Fantastic supporting cast.Thought provoking exploration into the nature and point of life and how each person affects the people around them.Gervais is a genius.10 out 10.Just watch it.

The plot gets ever more ludicrous as it goes on. Gets boring to the point you no longer care what happens to any of the characters , apart from the kid , and you just want it to end. Could have been so much better than it turned out. An interesting concept ruined by cartoonish violence and an absurd plot full of holes.

Incomprehensible plot.No explanation about what is happening or why.Managed to get through 3 episodes before giving up.14 year old boys might like it for the brief sex scenes and nudity.

Ignore the critic reviews. This is a very good film. Fascinating story and great acting.

Made it to episode 6 before giving up . None of it makes any sense. Once you start noticing the many plot holes the whole thing becomes ludicrous. Doctor Who fans will probably love it but anyone with a brain will just be increasingly annoyed as the risible plot develops into nothing.

The main problem is it's just boring. All the characters are deeply unlikeable. Watched the first 2 episodes but won't bother with the rest.

Rubbish. An interesting story but we never got to see it. Instead we had interminable amateur dramatics and pointless dialogue. A wasted opportunity to tell the tale of a massive crime that nearly crashed the economy. 3 hours wasted and the ending was a cop out. The music and cinematography was very good. The acting was appalling.
